Privacy Policy
At FIRE STAGE PRODUCTIONS S.L. (www.lanegraworldchampionship.com), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants and users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

- Responsible: FIRE STAGE PRODUCTIONS S.L.
- Tax Identification Number: B26699561
- Address: Av. Diagonal 40, 4-2, 08019, Barcelona
- E-mail: info@lanegraworldchampionship.com
2. Data We Collect
When you register or interact with us, we may collect:
- Registration data: name, surname, email, telephone, nationality, category of participation.
- Audiovisual material: photos and videos captured during the event.
- Account and website usage data: email address, programme favourites and votes (section 3).
3. Account, Favourites, Voting and Newsletter
Some features of this website store data even if you do not enter the championship:
- User account: you can sign in with your Google account. From Google we only receive your name, your email address and an internal identifier; we do not access your contacts or the rest of your account, and at no point do we see your password. We use that data to recognise you and link whatever you save.
- Programme favourites: the classes and shows you mark are stored in your own browser. If you sign in, we also store them on our server so you can get them back on another device.
- Concert setlist voting: we store your email address and the songs you choose, in the order you rank them, in order to count the votes and prevent the same address from voting twice.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe using the form in the footer, we store your email address and the language you were browsing in so that we can send you festival news. You can unsubscribe by writing to info@lanegraworldchampionship.com.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by signing in, by submitting your vote or by ticking the box on the newsletter form. You may withdraw it at any time: sign out and write to info@lanegraworldchampionship.com so that we delete what has been stored.
This data is hosted on Supabase, with servers in the European Union (Ireland), acting as data processor. Concert votes are also recorded on Airtable, with servers in the United States. We do not publish your email address and we do not pass it on to third parties; we only write to you if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
Retention: favourites, for as long as you keep your account; votes and unused accounts, up to 12 months after the festival; the newsletter subscription, until you unsubscribe.
4. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Manage your registration and participation.
- Communicate with you about the event.
